Retail without the shop floor
HMT LLP is a limited liability partnership based at The Hub, Station Road, Henley-on-Thames, trading as a non-store retailer (SIC 47990) — selling directly and online rather than through a shop, stall or market.
Working this way lets us keep the range short. We would rather stock a handful of things we can stand behind and know properly than carry a catalogue we cannot answer questions about.
Orders are picked, checked and packed by hand, then despatched promptly and tracked. If something arrives wrong, you get a person and a straight answer, not a form.
